Filò delle Vigne s.s. to Baone (PD) insists on one property of beyond 55 hectares. The first systems go back to 1948 and 1975 for the Cabernet Souvignon and Cabernet Franc. The vineyards are placed in lands of large pregio in the sunny southern part of the Euganei Necks, enjoy a particular Mediterranean microclimate. The production of approximately 20 hectares vitati, is arranging on the 50,000 annual bottles, with yields under the 30 Hl/Ha. All the investments in course have the firm will to head to catch up an always greater quality of the products, in the respect of the nature and of what it offers.
All this is merely a prelude to the rousing pleasure of the wines, to their characterisation, to the underlining of their organoleptic characteristics, for the pleasure of those that produce them, for the satisfaction of those that taste them, of those that can continuously dis-cover in them pleasant sensations and emotions, it is the work of those who know how to personalise the wine with passion and specific knowledge
At FILO' DELLE VIGNE those who look after the vineyard and the wine vault know only too well that it is not possible to achieve "high quality" if they themselves do not have the true cultural heritage of wine. This is yet another reason why these wines excel and have gained the utmost recognition in both national and international competition.

With just a pinch of fantasy (those who "live with the soil and the vines" are always endouwed with this quality), we like to think that some old and "wise" vines, espe-cially on those nights with the limpid full moon, take delight in recounting their expe-riences, those little yet vastly important secrets for producing grapes of distinctive excellence, to the younger vines of FILO' DELLE VIGNE ("filò" is a local term for a 'get together'). Perhaps they also warn the younger vines that they must do likewise, indeed better than their predecessors, as vines evolve and gain in nobility through the production of wine. The wines of FILO' DELLE VIGNE are produced exclusively from these grapes and the ancient soil of the Euganean Hills, blessed by the heavens for what it gives to those who understand it, who know how to cultivate it, who know how to love it.
