The company, born in the year 2000, set as the main objective the production of high quality wine and olive oil, combining modern technologies and the respect for traditions.
WINE: The grapes, exclusively from our vineyards, go through a careful manual selection, then the fermentation takes place in 100 Hl stainless steel tanks, after a long maceration on the peels, the wine slowly matures in 228 liters oak barrels and then gets refined in bottles.
OIL: For the extra virgin olive oil, after a meticulous and strict selection of the entering lives, all exclusive from the Colli del Trasimeno area the olives are crushed, ( within 24 hours of the picking) with granite millstones and the oil is extracted.
