La Braja Restaurant is so composed inside: a room with 40 seats; a room with 18 seats; a room with 12 seats; a small room with 8 seats. Outside, in the garden area, about 60 seats are available.
The building, an ancient villa of the old town physician, has been turned into a restaurant and subsequently restructured by architect Antonio Guarene, that has made it exclusive and precious. The Palermino Family conduct it since 1975.
The kitchen, tied to historical traditions and the seasons, proposes only products from the Piemont territory: porcini mushrooms and truffles from the Monferrato region.
La Braja specialities include: finely hand chopped veal seasoned with lemon, olive oil, an egg sauce and white truffle, cardoon (from the Nizza M.to area) flan with bagna cauda, tajarin with rabbit sauce, Guinea Fowl breast with black truffle, bunét with vanilla cream and carmelized pears.
