The Country House GIRAVENTO®...
GIRAVENTO® Country House is the only building in Sannio that was built under the bio architecture and feng-shui rules with material which is all made of environmental friendly materials. GIRAVENTO® offers 3 rooms with king size beds, each with their own separate restroom and the possibility to add a 3rd bed in two of them while, in one of them, even a 4th one. Each room is provided with a bio switch that allows our guests to eliminate the magnetic fields at any time. Beds are placed with the feet towards the south and are all made of wooden material without any metal element, upon request a king size bed with metal spring can be provided. The house offers a tasty reach breakfast made of spicy bread, cakes, biscuits and marmalades all home made and the possibility to reserve brunch and/or dinner, in Summer. Moreover, suggested spots in between the olive trees are great resting places, a "solarium" spot and a small swimming pool, both very comfortable, placed in a panoramic area, bowling and mountain bikes, too are offered to the guests to provide them moments of beautiful relaxation. The outdoor time leisurely spent around these facilities is the ideal for our guests that need comfortable peaceful moments.
English and French are spoken.

The Products ...
Ortice, Racioppella, Ortolana are the kinds of trees with which Giravento produces its own EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL , paté and spicy olives.
Thanks to the impressive fruit trees, jams and chutneys are also unique. GIRAVENTO® 's specialities are figs, cherries, prunes, apricots, chestnuts, pears, annurca apples, kumquats. With these products the firm also produces little chocolates: the newborn CIOCANNURCA®.

Its extra virgin olive oil is on the Guide of the Best Extra Virgin Olive Oils in the World, year 2008

The Farmhouse GIRAVENTO® is a little agricultural area of about 2 acres cultivating olives and various fruit trees. It is located in Melizzano which is a small village in the province of Benevento, in the heart of Sannio and Taburno Camposauro Regional Park.

For the cultivation no damaging products are used
