These are the most important spas in Calabria, with the calssification of their thermal waters:

- Acquappesa (CS): salso-bromo-iodic and sulphureous water, both hot (42-47°C) and cold (15-20°C);
- Antonimina (RC): sulphate-alkaline-salso-iodic water (36°C);
- Cassano allo Jonio (CS): bicarbonate-alkaline-sulphureous water (25°C);
- Galatro (RC): sulphureous-salso-iodic water (37°C);
- Lamezia Terme (CZ): sulphureous-sulphate-alkaline-iodic-arsenical water (39°C):
- Spezzano Albanese Terme (CS): salso-bromo-iodic water.
